Custom orders are always welcome! All custom orders are subject ot the availability of fabric. If you see a item that you would like a different size or theme custom made. Please email with your questions. I will send you photos of the fabrics I have and a price for the custom order. If you want more of a certain item (Example: You buy a table runner and want placemats to match. Or 2 placemats offered and you would like 2 more). I will make the additional ones and send you a corrected bill including the new items along with postage. Custom order construction will begin upon receiving the payment and will be shipped within one week afterwards unless otherwise stated during the ordering process.

Do you sell your items elsewhere?
Yes, you can find other items on my website www.conniesjustsew.com. I also post auctions on EBay and Yahoo under iamjustsew . Check my feedback on these sites. Feel free to email me at iamjustsew@yahoo.com or iamjustsew@hotmail.com with questions about custom orders. Please put custom orders in the subject line.

How do you ship and are there handing fees?
I do not charge a handling fee. I do not believe that a customer that pays a fair price for an article should be taken advantage of in this area. I use USPS Priority Mail whenever possible. The post office furnishes the supplies and I charge the exact amount they charge me for postage and Confirmation of Delivery. Insurance is the buyers option. If you choose to insure your purchase the confirmation of delivery charge is waived. Insurance rates are based on the value of the purchase. I ship smaller purchases (ie: basket garters, checkbook covers, etc) in sturdy padded envelopes. I charge the cost of these envelopes plus the postage. The Priority rates are figured on the weight from this zip code 48854 to the zone of your zip code.

What type of payment do you accept?
Money order/cashiers check (will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving). Personal checks will be accepted (I have the option to hold until check clears). When sending checks or money orders by mail, please include the item number on ALL correspondence and include a copy of the invoice with your name and shipping address clearly printed on it. I accept Paypal only as a direct transfer from your account to mine. Sorry, no credit card payments through Paypal at this time. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax. I will email you on the date of your purchase. I expect a return email within 24 hours stating method of payment and mailing address. I will then email you an invoice for the total amount. Payment is to be received with in 7 days of the sale. (If you cannot meet this time frame, email immediately and I will try to work out some type of arrangement.) Custom order construction will begin upon receiving the payment and will be shipped within one week afterwards unless otherwise stated during the ordering process.

What if I would like a custom order of an item not shown in your store or website?
Email me with your questions. I will try to accommodate you if I can. I have a large selection of fabrics and lots of ideas. If it is not on the website or store does not mean I do not make it. I have different items for shows than I feature on the internet. I also have constructed many unusual items for customers in the past. If I do not feel I can help you or it is something I choose not to do. I will try and find you someone that can. Never be afraid to ask!

The use of licensed fabrics?
Any item constructed from a licensed fabric is not an item from that maker. It is hand-crafted (not mass produced) with care and quality from a licensed fabric according to the "first sale doctrine". Just Sew is not affiliated with nor sponsored by the manufacturer or rights owner of this fabric or any other licensed fabrics.

What about feedback?
Feedback is very important. It helps you and me know what type of seller or buyer we are dealing with. I will post a positive feedback for you (to bidder) upon knowing your item was delivered. I would appreciate one from you (to seller) when your package is received.
